Chef Josh Bianchi

Chef Josh boasts a rich culinary experience, having worked in various kitchens including Gramercy Tavern NYC, Picasso LV, Wolfgang Puck LV, and DB Brasserie LV. He served as the opening Chef for Vetri Cucina, LV, and Drais Nightclub. In the past three years, Chef Josh has been catering to the Las Vegas community as a private chef and resident at The Vegas Test Kitchen. 

Chef Kelly Bianchi

Chef Kelly, a native of Kansas City, comes with a wealth of experience having served as Executive Chef, Wynn Catering and Special Events for the past 8 years. As a Wynn veteran, Kelly assisted in the opening of various establishments including Encore Boston Harbor, Wynn Field Club at Allegiant Stadium, and Delilah restaurant. Prior to joining Wynn, Kelly honed her skills in several renowned kitchens, including Le Cirque LV, Payard NYC, The American Restaurant KC, and formerly served as the Chef of YaYa's in Leawood.
